This hands-free system is designed exclusively for well-trained, well-mannered dogs weighing 70 lbs or less that walk politely on a loose lead and have reliable recall. It is not intended or suitable for strong pullers, reactive dogs, aggressive dogs, or dogs over 70 lbs.
Proper use requires basic obedience training and responsible handling. Misuse, lack of training, or use with an unsuitable dog can result in loss of control, injury to you or your dog, or damage to the product – none of which are covered under our guarantee.
By using this product, you acknowledge that you accept full responsibility for your dog’s behavior and for using the leash only as intended.

Over the lifetime of a product, expect materials to wear and fade, and mechanical parts like buckles and swivels to lose performance with use. Our Guarantee does not cover wear and tear from normal use over the lifetime of the product, nor does it cover damage due to neglect, improper care, accident, chewing, rips, tears or abrasion.
